The Recruiter will implement full-cycle recruitment and staffing strategies for assigned job classes and/or areas with special emphasis on a well-qualified and diverse pool of candidates, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. The primary role is to fill hard-to-fill positions, one-off positions, and work with high-demand departments. This position requires a socially-focused individual with a "how can I help you?" attitude and a persuasive, teaching style of communication. Lots of attention will be spent on building and maintaining relationships. This position will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple objectives simultaneously. Each day will be different from the next; especially in personal interactions. Time will usually be a factor, with the work needing to be done on time, as well as correctly.
Recruiter salary range: $57,761.60 -$72,207.20 p/h DOE with ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.
