Overview

 

Responsible for performing radiographic imaging, phlebotomy procedures, and laboratory waived testing to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disease and injuries.

 

Limited Scope Radiology Tech/Phlebotomist range: $20-$23.25 DOE with ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for receiving and processing internal and external x-ray, phlebotomy, and waived testing orders in accordance with clinical policies ensuring quality patient care.
  • Responsible for communicating x-ray and waived testing results to internal providers and external clients through best avenue (oral communication, electronic transmission or via paper).
  • Responsible for maintaining quality patient care according to clinical policies to include ensuring patient records requests are processed.
  • Responsible for maintaining x-ray, phlebotomy, and waived laboratory equipment.
  • Responsible to order and maintain par levels of supplies in inventory on a weekly basis.
  • Responsible to effectively use company communication model with all staff and patients.
  • Promotes a positive work culture and upholds clinic policies and procedures, including the WE CARE Standards of Behavior.
  • Must uphold confidentiality at all times in regards to CBHA activities, reports, financials, patient health information and other proprietary information specific to CBHA.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

License and Certification:

  1. Possesses a Registered X-ray Technician license (Limited Scope) in the State of Washington or ability to obtain such a license upon completion of an in-house training program within 90 days of hire.
  2. Possesses a Certified Medical Assistant - Phlebotomist license with the State of Washington, or equivalent licensure recognized by the State of Washington which includes phlebotomy procedures within the scope of practice, or ability to obtain such a license upon completion of an in-house training program within 90 days of hire.

Travel:

  1. Frequent travel to various clinic sites is required.
  2. Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company insurance liability standards to drive company vehicles.
